Delete Your Valzy Account

If you wish to delete your Valzy customer account and associated data, you can do so directly from within the Valzy App or submit a deletion request to our support team.

How to Delete Your Account

In the Valzy App: You can delete your account by navigating to the Account Settings menu inside the application and selecting "Delete Account".

What Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete your account data and associated personal information, including:

• phone number and email address

• registered vehicles
• authentication information

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information where required for:

• trip history and digital receipts
• legal compliance and regulatory obligations
• fraud prevention
• security investigations
• dispute resolution
• audit and operational integrity purposes

Processing Timeline

We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonable time after verification. If initiated from the app, the process is generally completed quickly.
